can i run faster?

i'm 5'5, 125 lb., 15 years old, and i run a forty yard dash in 5.58. is there anyway i can possibly run lower than a 5.00.

Ever try running on your toes?

Lift weights and do speed work.....your only 15 so u have some time to cut your time down.

yeah! thats right. .practice makes perfect! nothing is impossible. .if others can do why you can't? right? better you keep on exercise too. so you can even loss weight. .
