If the conditions were truly bad, don't worry about it, both your times should improve. If you're running a 12 second 100, you may be more of a sprinter, so the 800 just may not be your race. A 2:30 is respectable though
![]() To get your times to drop just do what your coach asks you to do, and don't over train. Depending on your coach, they should know what they're doing and set you up to drop your times over the course of the season. Just go out a have fun. -B |
