jogging stroller

I'm just wondering if anyone has any input on the best type of jogging stroller to buy. My youngest child is 9 mos. and I'd really like to be able to run even when my husband can't keep him.

I had a jogging stroller but HATED it. The front tire will not turn so you had to lift it from behind to turn a corner. We found Jeep stroller that is designed with the one tire in the front like the traditional jogger but it turns and the tires al rugged as well. It helped me a lot! Hope this helps!

hey I agree with you about those jogging strollers- I just never got the hang of having to literally pick that thing up to round the corners. I have seen those Jeep strollers and those appear to be a good option. I think it is great when you can take the kids with you- it certainly does model to them from a very yung age the importance of exercise and how important it is to stay active and healthy.

Just make sure you alternate what hand is pushing the stroller so it's even. If not, you'll be out of alignment, which will lead to back issues. unfortunately, I'm speaking from experience.
