I was just wondering because I am a coach and I currently have a 7th grade boy who just ran a 4:53 in the 1600.

mar blackmon is 7th grader who runs 4:30 so its not a record.

wow. i remember when i was in 7th grade, my personal best was around just over 6 minutes. that was so long ago thoguh

thats AMAZING im a sophmore and my 7th grade was just a 5 flat hes good.

Well that is very good. Someone at our school ran the mile in 4:42 though :)
