no i run, taking 3 weeks or so off right now, then building a base,

Yeah, I have about 1.5-2 weeks of rest time between seasons right now myself.

Then I will be back in action training again.

I graduate from High School in 2 days. I am also recovering from an injury so I need the 2 weeks.

I run in high school! We just finished our cross-country season, and now I'm doing indoor track.
