I am new to this site. My name is Elva. I am 46 years old and in pretty good shape. I live in Chandler, Arizona and have decided to run (walk if I have to) in the Susan G Komen 5K on October 8th. I know it is not much time to train, but I am determined. I need some advice for nutrition as I am planning to start training this week. I work out three days a week with a trainer but that is mostly with weights although he does throw in some interval training. I have done the run a few times, however the last time I walked and i would like to run the 5k as much as possible.

where can I get some good nutrition advice? Thanks for any helpful advice.
