What do you do if you get a side-stich while running? What causes them to happen? I know that I am out of shape but man I did not think that I was that out of shape. What can I do to prevent them from happening? Thanks!

Stay hydrated.
that helps, but you can also, bend to the opposite side that it is hurting and rub it.
