So, what are hybrid foods? Hybrid foods are foods, which will not grow in Nature. They are foods which must be nurtured and protected by humans or else they will be overcome by birds, insects, worms, fungi, and bacteria. They are unnaturally high in sugar and off in the mineral ratios. Hybrid foods are devoid of proper mineral balance that all wild foods contain.
Organic foods are locally grown, so they have natural ratios of sugar and minerals.
But I know its very tough enough to get organic foods in metropolitans where the markets are fully captured by hybrid foods.

I'm a big believe in organic foods and I think they just might make their way into supermarkets to compete and drive out hybrid foods someday as more people realize the facts that you alude to. It's also encouraging to see investors are starting to pump money into stocks that are driving this new economy.

I do not think that the hybrids are for me. I try to stick with natural and organic.
