I was just messing around at http://www.my-calorie-counter.com/. You can browse different foods and activities to check on calories consumed/burned.
What's really cool is you can put in your weight and duration of the exercise and it will tailor the results just for you!
Looks like I can burn about 1000 calories in an hour of running - nice :D
