View Full Version : Is my pyramid cycle right?

I've often heard that the 800's are great, but that as the race approaches, there need to be some mile repeats, and even a session or two with one or two 2mile repeats.
I've been doing a pyramid of 4x400, 2x800, 1x1600, 2x800, 4x400 Thoughts???
