I'm new to the forum. I recently started running again. I run about 2 miles every other day. I've been running for about a month now.
Recently...probably in the last 2 weeks, I've developed a bad pain my in my legs when I start running. It's about 5 or so inches up from my ankles, kind of in the inner shin area. The pain does not feel like a sore muscle; instead it feels like pain stemming from the bone. It's painful, but not excruciating that I have to immediately stop.
Does anyone know what can be causing this? Is this due to bad form, bad shoes, or too much running?
I have no pain anywhere else, just there.
