Recently I have been enjoying the flavored water with electrolites and vitamins and nutrients. I have only tried the Gatoraide brand. They are a little sweet, but actually leave you feeling very refreshed. It's a great way to replenish the body after a long run.

Is it helpful to drink during the run or heavy exercise as well?

My favorite flavor so far is lemon.

If you're exercising for more than an hour you really should use a sports drink (or sports water, like Propel) to replenish.

PS I like the lemon flavor, and peach too :)

Thanks coach... I meant Propel. Replenish? What was I thinking. That's for correcting me and helping out.
