I always prefer to have green vegetables and seasonal fruits in my diet, they are low in calories, which is good, and they are high in vitamins, minerals, and fibers.

Human growth hormone (GH) is basically an amino acid peptide. Obese people tend to produce less GH. The hormone increases metabolic processes and lipolysis. GH stimulates oxygen consumption by the cells to increase your energy levels, and reduces protein loss in fat people. It also stimulates ketosis, and reduces the presence of visceral body fat. When this treatment is practiced at 5 mg a day for five to 39 weeks, it insist fat oxidation, increases metabolism and reduces visceral fat.The therapy must be prescribed only by medcal professional and is only available via injection.

I've been a strict juicer for years – I stick to my cleanse schedule like clockwork and make sure that I'm getting the proper nutrient loads needed to sustain the level of energy I am accustomed to. My health is my number one asset in my life, and I take it very seriously when I make changes in my routine. I try to ensure that every single thing I put in my body is something that will benefit me in a tangible way. And so of course I pay attention to the basics, starting with what I drink. I want to maintain a proper alkalinity in my body's pH levels, so of course my diet is geared towards that. But since there's no reliable, clean source of alkaline water to be found on the shelves at the store, my Water For Life system provides that for me. (http://waterforlifeusa.com/ (http://waterforlifeusa.com/)) I highly recommend this to anyone who want to make an alkaline diet easier.
