I made the switch a few days ago from diet pop to carbonated flavored water. I feel a little more energetic now (after the two-day caffiene withdrawl headache went away). But now I'm wondering, is my switch to carbonated water really any better than diet pop? Is it the carbonation that's bad?

yes carbonation is bad, but its not horribly bad.

Any way you look at it....water>soda...so it is better that you switched

Right on the money. I've stayed away from total carbonation for a couple of months now and I feel nothing but energized. I stick to juices and water. Lots, and LOTS of water. In fact, I must end this post to get a glass of it right now.
