hi all!
Beanie here. I am a female 21. I have some questions for some ladies on the board.
I used to swim and surf and skateboard and play softball. I am now back on dialysis and can't do any of that right now as I don't have very good strength anymore. I would like to start walk/running to get back in shape for when I get my next kidney. It's important to stay as healthy as possible before a transplant to make recovery easier on you and shorter.
I have never really ran except to warm up for a ball game. soooo, I have no idea what I'm doing. I hope that I get some good feedback and good tips on how to go about starting and building up my stamina!
