Jogging Strollers

Anyone here run with a jogging stroller? I don't own one, but am thinking I could get more mileage in if I had one. Or maybe it's too late (my daughter is 2.5). Any thoughts on this? Does anyone think a jogging stroller would be cruel? I'm worried about my toddler getting dizzy or sick. But, then again, that's probably just the worrywart in me since she likes doing 'daring' things (kiddie rollercoaster, big ferris wheel, riding in a helicopter).

Another thing, if you run with a jogging stroller, do you get hand numbness from holding the handles?

Ironman strollers are made for running. I wouldn't be too worried about the dizziness or motion sickness. There definitely could be some pain in the hands after a while. Or at least soreness.
