I read years ago (probably in a Runner's World magazine) about a professional runner who had what's considered poor running form, but it worked for him.
I've been told that my running form is less than desirable (I tend to jut my neck forward a bit and strike the ground hard with my heel), but have been running this way for years without problems.
Anyone here who's got their own style of running and has been injury-free?
