Soooo I got into the vitamin craze a while ago and someone recommended Nutrilite (http://vlopez24.qhealthzone.com) to me. And of course I was like "yeah yeah yeah" I heard of this brand before and the person whipped out a bottle of this Nutrilite (http://vlopez24.qhealthzone.com)stuff.

She said "what kind of brand do you take?". And I told her it was C******(ahemmm...lets just say a VERY popular, common brand with many colors in the label lol), and she said "watch this".

So she dropped a Nutrilite (http://vlopez24.qhealthzone.com)pill in one clear cup of water, and my vitamin pill in another. So after about 15min of chatting, I looked at the cups. The cup with the Nutrilite (http://vlopez24.qhealthzone.com)?...yeah, COMPLETELY dissolved. Changed the color of the water completely as well.

My vitamin?....well it was just sitting there.....still in the pill form....barely giving off a residue and slightly changing the color of the water, and after about 3 hours, the same.

So what does this mean? Well it takes your body 3-6 hours to digest and pass through something.....most vitamins don't dissolve completely for DAYS, so basically you only absorb like less than 10% of nutrients and "poop" out the rest. Why? Because the material is alot less water soluble and cheaper to manufacture....it's business.

Since the Nutrilte (http://vlopez24.qhealthzone.com)dissolves alot easier, it is sent through the bloodstream quicker and therefore more is abosrbed before being excreted.

And it's organic (http://vlopez24.qhealthzone.com)....that's always good right?

So I guess before running, you should take vitamins that are gonna actually be used by your body and not just passed through.

Wow, that is amazing. Imagine the big guy stuffing his pockets, because of his greed. Pharma companies make me very leary.
