When i start to lift and workout i tend to eat more almost twice as much. I have a really fast metabolism. I eat a lot and gain nothing. The only way i gain weight is through weight lifting or push ups ,running,etc.
I was wondering tho is what fiber products are good for me and what foods should i stay away from that bind me up. I drink prune juice. When i eat so much my bole movements are longer and longer. Sometimes i wont "go" for 2 - 3 days. I Need something to make me go everyday. This happens every time i start tot work out. Then i stop cause i get stomach cramps and stop.

and... psyllium husks. you can get them in the vitamins section at whole foods. mix a big spoonful with a glass of juice once or twice a day.

why don't you try metamucil or another supplement?
