ok so i need some help with my workout.
Workout:
200 crunches, 100 pushups, 2 min wall sits every day

every other day i run 5 miles trying for 7:30 8 min miles.

my question is: is this enough? im just trying to stay in shape im in high school and am 5ft 10" and weight 161 lbs.

For just staying in shape you are fine. You are doing much more than most other people will be doing. Actually, the 5 mile runs will put you in very good shape and that is a fine pace.

That's good for staying in shape, but you should include more variety in your workouts or you'll just plateau and get bored.
