I recently wrote about 6 ways to carry food and water while running (http://coachlevi.com/running/how-to-carry-food-water-when-running/). Normally I get by with a regular FuelBelt.

What's your favorite method to carry stuff?

If it's a long trek I'd just put on my camelbak... Otherwise I probably wouldn't carry anything with me.

I like the fuel belt, you have no hard time carrying some reserve water and including the best look too.

It depends on how far I'm running... but mainly i have a nice belt that holds everything.

Sometimes I'll just carry it, just dpeneds on how far I'm going.

Great options.I have already using the Bottle carries option. I saw the rest of your options and i try to use it as soon as possible.
