To make your soups and stews healthier, add two cloves of garlic to soups, stews, sauces and stir frys. Garlic fights heart disease, lowers cholesterol and stimulates the immune system.

A mixture of chopped olives, garlic, and other herbs, this spread is rich in heart-healthy monounsaturated fats. Olives contain polyphenols, which have anti-inflammatory effects, and may explain the Mediterranean diet's link with lower risk for heart disease.

Yeah, I like to add garlic to lots of foods. Pasta, salad, rice, etc.
What should also be considered about garlic is that it is a natural anti-oxidant. It is considered to be a "super food" against all kinds of diseases, like cancer. It helps prevent all kinds of cancer. I should know - I'm a cancer survivor.
Here's a tip when eating lots of garlic: If you don't want your breath to smell, eat some sprigs of Parsely. Parsely counter-acts the odor that garlic produces.
