I have a question about rolling the hips foward. I seem to sit down when i run, therefore not running in the most effectient way possible. I do form and balance drills and try to improve this, but my hips always roll back. Does anyone out there know a drill that will train my muscle memory to roll my hips foward? any help would be appreciated.
