HELP! I Do Not Know These Feet

Hi.

I have left heel pain and Im in the process of trying to relieve my condition by selecting the best shoe for me (among other things).
Problem is, I do not know my feet very well most especially gait pattern.
I posted some home made videos and would REALLY appreciate constructive insights and inputs.

I stand 5-7 to 5'8, 150 lbs, walks on hard surfaces 2-3x/week each session lasting for about 30-60 minutes.
