hey guys i am a bodybuilding and athletic enthusiast nothing serious but a bit more than your average bear. ok my question here goes.
if you have seen sprinters there upper chests are very broad and thier shoulders wide its not just muscle thier frame seems to have a wider look to it, now i am talking about the upper chest, seems like the upper pecs are well stretched and the shoulders dont bow forward. giving them a very wide look.
i want to know what especific exercises they do to acheive that ?
your input is very appreaciated

chin-ups and pull-ups, and/or lat pulldowns
