What should your target heart rate be as a runner who is 35 and female? I want to run from 45 minutes to an hour per day and would like maximum fat burning. Thanks!

Here's a general rule of thums for calculating your target heart rate. First, you start by calculating your maximum heart rate (MHR). You can look up tons of formulas online, but its easiest to take 220 minus your age (i.e. 220 - 28 years old = 192 MHR)
Then, for each exercise, your ideal heart rate is a precentage of your MHR
Walking - 50-60% of MHR
Easy Jog - 60-70% MHR
Light Run - 70-80% MHR
Hard Run - 80-90% MHR
Sprint - 90-100% MHR
