Have you seen the Nike Free shoes?

The ones where it's like running barefoot?

I've heard they're really good for building foot strength. I talked to a guy at a running shop who wears them during his shift, and his feet are really sore afterwards. Then one other guy there has worked his way up to 7 mile runs in them!

Well when I go running, I really do not want shoes that make my feet hurt. I usually want something cushioning and with support.

If you want to build up your foot strength, just run barefoot on grass. It works wonders and feels amazing.

I wouldn't wear the Frees for running really, but doing, say, plyos in them and strides and stuff would definitely build your foot strength.

However... if you're going to just use them for that, might as well just go barefoot, no?

I just purchased "Nike Air Tailwind 4 (http://www.shoedeals4u.com/detail.asp?ShoeId=309306-143)"from shoedeals4u.com, it's really comfortable. The quality is also good. Just have a look at the athletic running shoe
what I am talking about.

Wow what an amazing forum. I really appreciate it.

My favorite running shoe is NIKE.

Just have a look at the latest "Men's Nike Air Max 180+ (http://www.shoedeals4u.com/detail.asp?ShoeId=314023-102)" shoes, which I ordered through "shoedeals4u.com" to add it to my collections. Its really comfy. http://www.shoedeals4u.com/images/shoes/small/314023-102.jpg

those shoes have a great look to them but I wonder about comfort and ankle support. A little worrisome to an old woman like me! lol
