1 seedless cucumber, large, without skin, diced (about 3 cups)
1/2 of 1 medium mango, diced
1/2 cup drained and rinsed Eden black soybeans
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 tablespoons Crystal Light Tropical Passions Pineapple Orange drink
1 tablespoon finely-chopped fresh cilantro
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
Mix ingredients, chill and serve.
