Laughter Yoga is a simple and powerful way to almost completely empty the lungs. The more you breathe out, the more you can breathe in. Oxygen is the fuel that sustains every single of our body cells and allows them to function. Over 10 scientific studies highlight the importance of oxygen and proper breathing, and Yoga teaches the importance of prana, or life force, hidden behind every breath.

No research have been made to date and as far as I know on laughter and running. I personally believe that if you can feel something there is a science behind it, and proving it is only a matter of time. Please share with us the result of your experience!
