Hi, I am a 13 year old girl and I'm very athletic. (I'm a 3 season athlete playing softball, soccer and basketball) Since it is soccer season and I play the position with the most running I've decided I want to work on my running. I have a treadmill and for the past two days have been running on it. Yesterday I ran one mile and today I did a mile and a half. How much running should I be doing at 13? I'm thinking about doing track and field this spring by the way. Also I know it's not in the right section but any nutrition and extra info would be helpful! :D
