I hurt my hip flexor last year in track and now it feels alot better but is it normal that when you pull your hip flexor that when you lift your knee (like high knees) is it normal to pop. Because whenever i lift my knee it pops......

yes that happened to me! the trainer didn't seem to think it was a big deal and it kinda just stopped one day. I would recommend standing with toes pointed out and legs out as wide as you can, bent at a 90 degree angle. Then one at a time push one thigh back by pushing the opposite shoulder forward and you should feel a stretch in that area.
