Hey everyone, I have to run the 3000m again like last meet. (I also have to run the 1500m too probably.) I was wondering, what's a good time to get? (I'm an male 8th grader running on the high school team) My best is 11:56 indoors, and out doors is 12:18 but that was last Sat. 9 (when it was freezing and I had a knee problem).
So if you guys could tell me your usual and best times, along with your age and stuff that would be great http://www.coolrunning.com/forums/biggrin.gif. ------------------

My best time ever as a senior female in high school is 9:56, I was having a great day that day and I also do cross country so I think that it really helps me with these long races. Do you do relay races as well?
